Distro TV is born to compete with Pluto TV; free content!

Pluto TV was born to give us another option when it comes to watching content, this time for free. Surely when we talked about it you went to take a look and it may have happened to you like me, which is already part of my usual entertainment platforms. But the sector advances and, with it, the competition. Which one? In this case, Distro TV; WE PRESENT IT TO YOU!

What is DistroTV?

Distro TV is a streaming content platform that, like Pluto TV, does not make us pay to be able to see the content that is broadcast on the grid and also that which is available on demand. Thus, you can watch the news at noon but also a movie that you fancy at so many in the morning.

In this case, the service passes the 150 channels, without there being any of them, or payment options. Some channels and compendiums available are Black Enterprise, Distro TV Desi itself, Kweli TV, People TV, TD Ameritrade or Euronews. Surprisingly, they also have some of their own content, as the big ones like HBO, Prime or Netflix have been doing.

Its contents are in English and Spanish. This means that if they want to become truly internationally competent, they still have a lot of work to do. In addition, there is a lot of content that is expressly focused on Latin-speaking countries and not on Spain, so it seems to be a service created for the American continent.

For us, like so many others, there is a “Spanish” tab, where there is. as you might guess, content of all kinds.

This can be enjoyed on televisions that have the Android TV operating system or, now, Google TV as well. Other options are Roku TVs, LGs with webOS, Samsungs with Tizen, and Fire TVs. You can also access from the web and from Android smartphones iPads and iPhones
