  1. Install the Alexa app for your TV. You will find it in the store if it does not come pre-installed by default.
  2. Once you have it, go to the main interface.
  3. Scroll down and click on “Applications”.
  4. Of all of them, click on the Amazon Echo (the one you downloaded), which is the Amazon speaker on a white background.
  5. Accept the terms of use.
  6. You will have to be logged in to Google, although the logical thing is that you already are if you use their services.
  7. Now you will be asked for a name for the device; choose it at your choice considering its location, its use or what best suits you when it comes to remembering it. Of course, it is the name you will go to when you want to talk to Alexa, keep that in mind!
  8. On your phone, make sure you connect to the same Internet network as the TV and on the same channel.
    1. Download the Alexa smartphone app.
    2. You will have to sign up using your Amazon account.
    3. The next point is to configure a skill. You must look for them in the area on the left and install the one corresponding to your TV.

      Select device

    4. At the top right you will have a “+”. Use it to add your TV.
    5. Do so by checking “Add device”.
    6. Then clicking on “TV”.
    7. Now choose your brand.
    8. Alexa will search for the TV.
    9. It will ask you where it is with the intention of being able to interact with other devices.
    10. Below and in the center, click on the Alexa icon. With this, Alexa will be listening to you and you can give it orders.

The first time, your system will ask you if you want this to be the assistant that works by default on the TV. You must answer affirmatively.
